During this consultation, we will need to know the following items (this doesn't apply to web site development). Don't be concerned if you don't know the answer to all of these questions. 1. What type of industry are you in?

2. Please provide us with as many details about the application as you can.

3. How many people will be using the application at any given time?

4. How many people (total) will have access to the application?

5. Will you require the application on a LAN, Intranet, or Internet?

6. What is your timeframe for completion of the project?

7. Do you currently have the hardware and software needed to run the application?

8. Do you have a data administrator assigned to maintain the application, or will you require our services to assist you in administration?

9. Will you need this application to be integrated into any existing systems, such as accounting software or inventory software? If so, what languages were they written in, or what software are you using for those applications?

10. Will you require mostly text, calculations, and/or pictures to be maintained in this application?

11. Do you have a specific language or software in mind for development? (i.e., Cold Fusion, Visual Basic, SQL, Microsoft Access, DB2, etc.)

12. What type of security do you need for the application? (i.e., one password for all users to share, individual passwords, no password protection, etc.)

13. If you have an idea of the screen designs you'd prefer, or extensive information, please fax it to us so we can review it prior to our meeting/consultation.
