About our Programs

Below are listed some of the programs that CSDC has developed. Due to the proprietary nature of many of the applications we develop and the sheer number of applications, we are unable to show all of them on this website.  Case Management System (CMS)
Developed to track the progress of persons suffering from brain injuries, this application (shown below) does everything from tracking initial inquiries to setting up a consumer profile, determining financial eligibility, maintaining information on case consultations, case management plans, and progress notes, to calculating CIQ data. It also contains a budgeting module for case manager budgets, tracks authorizations and expenditures, and provides reports for internal use as well as those required by state and federal agencies. It contains an archive function for inactive cases, IRB outcome tracking, and the history of releases as well as reminders when releases are scheduled for renewal.

Crime Solvers Tips

This application is used to track anonymous tips called into the Chesterfield County/Colonial Heights Crime Solvers hotline. It then provides a variety of reports to determine the number and type of crimes to which the tips relate, and also cross-references suspects, vehicles, addresses, and offenses to assist in solving crimes.

Another application developed for Crime Solvers tracks donations made to this non-profit organization, including the campaign involved, and the type and amount of the donation.

WISDOM
The WISDOM application (shown below) was developed as a prospect and client tracking system. It tracks leads generated from a variety of sources, including advertising and marketing efforts, and cross-references those leads with distributors and/or a sales force. The system provides ticklers for followup on leads, generates lists based on ad hoc queries, generates mailing lists for printing or for electronic media to mailing houses, generates a variety of reports, and is capable of performing a wide range of analyses, including crosstabs and mathematical analyses. This system is capable of linking with your current accounting system as prospects become clients, or can be used to track the clients within this application.

 CERTS
CERTS™ stands for Certification and Equipment Repair Tracking System. It maintains customer data, including agreements (contracts) and their status and renewal dates, equipment covered by agreements, and data specific to various models of equipment. The cornerstone of this application is the service call module, which is designed for scheduling technicians for servicing and/or certification of equipment, as well as tasks performed, parts used, and labor items. This application includes a broad range of reports, both text-oriented and statistical, and is linked into an accounting program and inventory system.

CTS
CTS was developed as a Contact Tracking System. Its purpose is to maintain data on prospects, tracking contacts made by telephone, mail, in meetings, or via various media. It provides a variety of reports in support of follow-up activities.

Procurement System
This application was designed for the Department of Defense. Its purpose is to maintain data on all procurements, from the initial request to the approval process, and perform comparative analyses on authorized expenditures against actual invoices. It contains a sophisticated error-trapping system for the assignment of vendor ids, purchase orders, contract numbers, and detailed information submitted on vendors and purchases.
